Paul Greenwood is a Nationally Accredited Mediator  with the institute of Arbitration and Mediation Australia.  This  National Accreditation is affirmation and recognition of an extensive record of experience in mediation and disputation resolution.

Paul has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution and is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDR) with the Attorney-General’s Department as required by the Family Law Court.

Approval requirements for mediators.

A mediator manages a process aimed at maximising the participants own decision making.

The mediator must have personal qualities and appropriate life, social and work experience to conduct the process independently and professionally.
